I feel that even if I was only 16, the letters and writing on some packages is just too small and blurry.

The outside of the package is fine, so just don’t throw out the box.  

Why are manufacturers getting cheaper and cheaper with writing on the actual item.  

Right now I’m talking about the ear drop packaging, not the Debox that was fine on the bottle.

The competition, one of them is so so small, and but the ingredients helped me no end.

What about also using ear plugs when showering, that helps with eliminating some ear wax.  But when I went to get these out of the package that was sealed so tight, it was hard, then to top it off, I’m in the shower trying to get the tape unravelled on the ear plugs, don’t you think enough is enough with some of this crazy packaging?

Let’s be sensible after all.

Even getting breakfast bars out of packages can be a chore.

My Debrox ran out so I got some more Ear Wax Removal Stuff.  This one is called Physicians Choice.

It works just as well and was cheaper, came with contoured ear basin, reusable ear putty plugs, ear syringe and two containers of .5 fl. oz ear drops.  

I saved my $25.00 copay and feel great.

So, try a home remedy before rushing to the doctor!

Water can relax your muscles, and help your entire body relax.

The Roosevelt President who was crippled went to a hot springs place to alleviate symptoms and opened it to the public handicapped people to benefit too.

I have called my insurance company and there are discounts at health clubs and hotels for the pool benefit.

Also, the Y has some programs.

Many years ago I joined the Y with my family, and I thought we could swim anytime.  But as it turned out we could only swim at certain times.  Being a busy family I was disappointed in the lack of commitment on the behalf of family swims through the Y.

So, before you sign a contract, know the rules of your getting your money back if you are unhapppy and especially the rules of when you can use the benefit you want most.  If they tie up the pool on weekends for swim meets and you can only go then…you know you have to look elsewhere.

More hotels are accepting memberships or daily pay plans to use their pool.

Check it out, get some exercise and develop body strength and health.  Make time for you!

Oh man on man, yesterday I was feeling so out of it and like it was an “out of body experience”, my hands wouldn’t move when I wanted them to as I worked, it was so kooky.

I was thinking of calling the doc when I thought, let’s see if it’s ear wax, and I’ll save my co-pay and try to feel better.

I did the Debrox ear wax removal when I got home as I watched a movie “Clueless” to relax, and I felt fine for supper and the next day.

Ya know, ear wax can cause balance and all kinds of issues.  

I think it was $9.99 for the box of Debrox and it comes with an ear airigator, so it’s a nice thing to do on your own to relieve symptoms before calling the doctor and waiting all day for the call back and sitting in the office for the appointment.

Drinking a lot of water helps too.  If you have a couple of glasses a day that can help your sinus and ears, but try the Debrox or another brand that you think will work, there are some varieties at the pharmacy.

Now, why on earth did this nice movie get a C+ rating in my newspaper?

Meryl Streep’s performance was excellent, Pierce Brosnan the guy in the James Bond movies who got married in real life in an Irish Castle was so excellent, the young actors were great and so were the young actresses, it was a delightful film that was not dull and the colors and scenery was second to none.

Now, why do these dopey critics write hogwash about a superior film like this one?

Why is it still in theaters if it is so awful?  

I saw it in July so that is a really long run, 3 months plus for getting terrible reviews.

Wake up reviewers and don’t just say what you think you have heard before, see a wonderful movie and rate it the right way with an A+.

Okay already, the next movie I want to see is the one about the football player from Syracuse and the one about the guy who invented windshield wipers for Ford and took Ford to court.  I’ll give you a clear review on these once they come out and I go and see them.

If you want a wonderful fun movie please go and see Mamma Mia, I’m going to buy it on dvd once it comes out, it is a keeper.

Okay, I started a new job and chit chatting with the folks there, turns out the other staff all have other jobs and this is their “moonlighting” job.

No time for boredom, get on with your socializing and take on a couple of jobs.

If you don’t want the extra money, volunteer or join a meetup.com, or a knitting circle, or a quilt making place, cake decorating, foreign language.  Do not be bored, your life is waiting for you!!

Okay already, you need a vacation.  You want to bring your family along, but don’t want to break the bank.

First, if you want to go during a holiday time, it could be more expensive.  Check out the high season times for prices, and compare.  Just because hotel a. wants a two night minimum, hotel b., may need only a one night appearance.  Hotels right next door to each other can be higher or lower.  

Craigslist.org has been a gem for finding jobs, apartments for folks and they even have a vacation section.

You can look here, but also call hotels and seasonal chalet’s etc.  If you rent from a person here, it could be less money, or they may want the going rate, and you may not get the health club benefit or pool or skiing or golf if you don’t go with the resort.

Check out resort prices carefully, and compare and compare.  Sure, it may take you a week to compare, but then isn’t your family worth your trouble.

Make up an excel worksheet to compare your findings.

Some places have breakfasts, some don’t, some have pools, some don’t.  Do you need a kitchen?  It’s a nice thing, but is it worth all that extra money?  I say yes, after I have researched out alot of places, because you can play family games if you have a kitchen and a kitchen table.

Some websites that say they are cheap hotel offerings, may only say that but may not really have the cheapest, it’s a little game, you have to be a good little consumer and shop around, just don’t take their word for it.

Okay, I’m driving my little car, then have to switch to my hubby’s SUV for a day.

Wow Wee, what a great feeling to be in a comfy seat and high above the rest of the little cars.

I think, I want this car, not my pee wee car, then I get this little idea…

Sit on a pillow and now I am up high in the seat.  I have my little car that parks in the parking lot spaces really well, does great on gas and snow and ice, and miles.  So, I just transformed my little car to an SUV with a little pillow that I think I got from an AVON catalog 5 years ago.  It’s the foam one that you can get at Brookstone or expensive stores for a fraction of the price.  Many stores can offer you a pillow to sit on.

I am so proud of myself for thinking of this to do, so I hope you will give it a whirl too.  I heard once that sitting or leaning on a pillow while driving can help posture too, so now it’s a winner idea.

Now that you are on track with your exercising program, you not only want to stretch before your routine, you will want to wear stretchy clothing.  

Have you ever seen bicycle riders that are riding along that have the tight fitting stretching shorts and pants?

Well they are dressed for success in their adventure.

For success in dancing for exercising or treadmill for exercising or walking for exercising and arm pulls, you should dress the part.

Visit your local department store or go on line.  Amazon.com and Target.com and Walmart.com have reasonably priced stuff for exercise. Modells.com or EMS.com or sports place will carry the same gear too, but you may have to pay more.  But if it’s easier to just get the right gear, just do it.  You don’t have to have tons of clothes, just a couple of shorts and long pants that stretch with  you.  

Sneakers that soothe your feet like new balance or nike or another good name brand for jogging and walking that are cushioned and have the air compartment are a great addition too.  

Don’t forget to dance, walk, and get some sunshine, you will be happier and healthier.  Doctors often ask if you are exercising, but why do they say that?  I guess it’s because it makes you healthier and when you are healthier you are happier.  

Plus if you get some new loose fitting clothes, then you have been on a shopping trip and that is a treat!
